Used this branch of Kwik Fit twice in recent weeks and got outstanding service both times. Once was for a new tyre fitted quickly for us ahead of a driving test and on second occasion for an exhaust issue where they accommodated me at very short notice and went above and beyond in fitting a couple of new rubber exhaust hangers. Service with a smile - can't recommend highly enough and now wouldn't go anywhere else.
The kindest men who helped me with the puncture in my front tyre. I was 50mins away from home, in the middle of the countryside as I drove past Kwik Fit, and thought I’d try my luck to see if they had availability. I turned up at 4:30, and they ever so kindly made time to fix the the puncture, my tyre is now good as new, 3 gents all worked and sorted the wheel within 10mins flat. So so blessed and grateful; gratitude to the good fortune, and to their roadside assistance. I’m home now and very grateful for my luck. Thank you so much Steve and Dan. Wishing you abundance always.

Best experience with a garage in a long long time! My partner Chris contacted the Kwik Fit Hertford team after a nightmare with Halford's. They were a super helpful team, specifically Alex, who was very knowledgeable, explained everything that was needed and did the work quickly - top tier customer service! My nan and my cousin went into Kwik Fit New Years as my cousin went over a pot hole which had caused a puncture. They were busy and it was very short notice, but the manager Ethan managed to fit them in. They was extremely grateful as without his help they would’ve been totally stuck. Even though they was under pressure, they still managed to be helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure they left with the car in good order. They want to thank the team so much for their kind help, it really needed as my cousin really needed it. They are extremely grateful as my Nan was in a panic as my cousin is really young and it was their first car. Would recommend Kwik Fit to anyone who finds themselves stuck! What a dreadful service, or should I say lack of it. Twice my car has been booked in this week to have an MOT and twice they have cancelled it, on the day. I now have 24 hours until my MOT runs out. I can’t book anything until next week so I am now be without a car for days. I took the day off work to take the car today so I have also lost a day’s earnings. The operative I spoke to on the phone continually called me ‘mate’ as well as being very unhelpful. Still awaiting my refund. Truly awful.
Kwik fit were absolutely fantastic when I went to them with my car problem which turned out to be some loose plastic underneath the engine. They fixed it for me free of charge. Amazing and friendly service thanks so much. Paul
I always use Kwik Fit after previous garage disasters, but I am so pleased with the service and kindness I have been shown on my visit to Kwik Fit Hertford today. Went in with two warning lights and the fear of a huge bill and came away after a diagnostic with no charge and great advice on what I need to do to stop these errors from reoccurring. I would definitely recommend. Biggest thanks go to Alex.
Very impressed with the service received! Punctured a tyre because of a pothole. Upon inspection, they discovered the pothole had caused significant damage to the alloy - which they couldn’t repair. I told them I needed to drive the car that night, and they kindly lent me a spare wheel which my car didn’t have - meaning I could make an important meeting that night, get the alloy repaired the next morning and drop the spare wheel back and pop on a new tyre! They were so incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond for me! I’ll certainly use Kwik Fit again in the future!
Popped in unannounced to ask for my spare wheel to be fitted as I had a punctured tyre. Val was on the job within 10mins of arriving. Changed the wheel and pumped all tyres. Even gave me some extra info/ suggestions on my car too. Great service!! Thanks to the team I was back on the road within 20mins.
