USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Disgraceful place. They don't complete work correctly, fit different tyres on front wheels and they DEFINETLY DON'T CARRY OUT TRACKING. My partner took her car in and had to take her car elsewhere for an MOT after. They told her she was lucky to make it there without a tyre blowing out. The image below was how the tyre was fitted. The tracking was so out of alignment that the tyres would've been bald in 2months. Don't even bother contacting them, they talk to you as if they're doing you a favour.
Following an enquiry regarding a new battery, one was fitted within 30 minutes . Excellent, no fuss service.
Thank you Halfords Hertford team for being so accommodating. I needed to come in for my 4 tyre change earlier than booked and they carried out the work first thing in the morning today when they were at their busiest. Thank you so much team.
Just had the front brake pads done, and I cannot thank you enough, David, for the excellent customer service you provided. David kept me updated from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me with any queries. This was the best experience I ever had at the Hertford garage. Well done, and keep up the great work!
Incredibly unhelpful man on reception who told me to drive to Harlow Halfords with no rear indicator as they were fully booked. It’s a 5 minute job!
The best service everytime I visit this Halfords. Always a calm and stress free experience. All staff are friendly and efficient. Alex is a credit to halfords and always goes above and beyond and has impeccable customers service skills. I will always bring my car and family cars to halfords hertford due to Alex, the team and services provided.

Took my car for an mot and service Very good service. Alex called me to confirm work needed for mot before going ahead. He also called second time later in the same day to confirm car was finished both mot and service and ready for collection. Very efficient service from both Alex and Elliot did a great job Thankyou.
Booked in for a safety check which I assumed would be a relatively quick in and out. Was told to leave the car and expect a call back in 3-4 hours. Luckily someone walked past and checked it earlier for me. Was told to book in but I wanted a quote first as I had asked around a couple garages. He told me he don’t know how much it would be. So I asked him to check which is the whole point of a quote. Was told £250+ and my local garage offered it cheaper so I said Thankyou for your time but no thanks, I’ll take it to my local shop and was told ‘take it there then and get out the shop’ Not the friendliest of staff members at all.
