Turned up to book my son's car in for an exhaust change and very nice young guy called Ollie said he could do it right away.  He was also able to save a component from the old exhaust to fit to the new one, saving well over £100.  Great job and finished in 90 minutes.  Highly recommended.  Tom

Called first thing in the morning I asked for a battery to be fitted immediately. Incredibly helpful and friendly - nothing to much trouble. Done and back on the road as fast as they could get me there. Would highly recommend.

I was on holiday in Cornwall and visited Falmouth for the day. En route, I got a puncture. Kwik Fit were able to fix  the puncture in under 40 mins. Fantastic service which meant I didn’t lose much of my holiday. I was most impressed. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasant. An all round good experience.

Olly was super-helpful. Had tyres replaced and he ordered parts same day to get brake discs and pads replaced. Very good service and conveniently close to town so you can grab a coffee whilst you wait! Which wasn't very long!

Oli was an absolute life saver. Despite being extremely busy, he fitted a new battery under warranty within a matter of hours of my initial contact! He is an asset to the garage and I will continue to use Kwik Fit for his first class service.

Perfect quick and efficient job! I had a flat tyre and Ollie was just amazing. He explained me everything saved the tyre in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommended! Thank you Ollie once again! Time for the rest of our holidays!

Had a wonderful experience with Kwik fit, falmouth. They were very helpful and friendly and very reasonably priced when doing the work for my MOT. We have been back since and they were exactly the same. Thank you all.

All the guys were really helpful. I’d forgotten my MOT was due and I couldn’t get a test done anywhere. The guys squeezed me in short notice. My car passed, no advisories. After an hour and less than £50 later, I drove away very happy. Cheers guys.

The Truro branch couldn’t provide an MOT as there wasn’t a tester. Falmouth booked us in knowing the vehicle and that we had been tested at Truro before. Fifty minutes after dropping off my vehicle I was called to be told it couldn’t be tested as it was the wrong class. When I came back the receptionist had paperwork highlighting why my vehicle couldn’t be tested due to weight. I called another MOT centre to book it in but they informed me the Kwik fit MOT tester was wrong and it could be tested. I questioned him and he was aggressive and rude towards me. He told me I should ‘contact the ministry’ to confirm it or he would. I said I would appreciate him doing this as I was not a tester and I had come to Kwik for as they had previously tested my vehicle and they knew the class so it needed to be the person at fault sorting this problem out. He said he was extremely busy and it would take some time. After a while my three children were getting pretty upset by this point he came back and said he had contacted the highest up MOT specialist at Kwik fit who said he could test as there wasn’t a certain sticker on the van. He said he could only test it 2 hours later as I had now missed my slot! I agreed to this and spent the afternoon walking around trying to keep my children entertained. Your MOT tester was ill informed, aggressive and rude to me. He did however apologise for being wrong at the end of the day. I will not be returning to Kwik fit.

I went in thinking I needed 4 tyres,  Very helpful staff advised I only needed front.  Quick and efficient.  Advised what was available, and a time frame.  Really pleased
