I came on holiday and my car started making worrying noises from the wheel. I called KW and they saw me within 2hrs. A stone was stuck behind the disk brake (or something?!) So they managed to fix it on the day very cheaply. Thank you - we didn't have to make do without transport for our holiday.

Computer says no kind of attitude. Except with out the computer. Everything is done on paperwork, so records are lost past 6 months. Not very reliable or secure. Really rude man, who didn't want to help because he couldn't be bothered because it was too much of an inconvenience. Poor customer service. Would hate that to be the attitude he took when repairing a car. Really disappointing.
