Took my car in to get checked as a previous garage couldn't find the fault. They found the fault and couldn't fix it themselves, so they recommended a place that could. Staff are friendly.  Thank you :

By far the worst garage i've ever taken my car to. One star feels far too generous. Had an electrical fault with my car so on the advice of another garage took it here. Turned out to be corroded wires which needed replacing. Took 10 and a half weeks for it to get fixed, during which time i never received a call, email or any other type of contact to update me even when the work was complete. I had to constantly chase for updates or I wouldn't get one. When I finally got the car back after paying over £300 it seemed to be working fine. On further inspection i noticed that they had snapped my rear wiper arm off and hidden it in the boot and didn't even mention this, no apology, no attempt to repair, no discount off the cost for the damage they had caused. After seeing this I thought it was probably best to inspect the work they had done under the bonnet with the help of a former mechanic. The quality of work was poor to say the least. They had snapped a plastic cover, that covers the engine ECU and not bolted it down properly with some bolts missing altogether. The wire casing for the engine harness had been cut in various places meaning the wires are not poking out. This now means due to insufficient protection my car is now more susceptible to electrical faults through corrosion in the future. Overall, I fell like I paid for a very long, very expensive bodge job where the ability to communicate was not included as part of the deal.

These guys have looked after my cars for decades. They have just sorted a breakdown for me. Fantastic, prompt, professional and polite service as always. Repair done really quickly, and for a fraction of the price I had imagined. Genuine 5 ***** service. Thank you
