Great work by the team. Tyre was replaced within the hour, and I was back on the road. Super fast and professional. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
The branch is just a mile or so from where I live which makes it easy to get to. I arrived 5 mins early and they took my car in instantly and got to work straight away. They were very quick replacing my tyres and I could see the progress from the warm waiting room as my car was right next to the window. I love Michelin cross climate tyres and a10% discount as I needed two.Service: Tires
Experienced a puncture on way home from Newhaven. Managed to pull into Kwik Fit Newhaven. The team helped me out and fitted me in for emergency puncture repair. Even took the time to put cable ties back on my wheel hub. Checked all my other tyres for correct pressure and sent me happily on my way. Can’t thank the team enough. Took my astra here after receiving pretty shoddy/unprofessional service at Halfords Newhaven. Gavin was great - repaired the problem within a day. Much more professional and better priced than Halfords by far!Service: Auto maintenance
I had just arrived on the ferry back from Dieppe after visiting a family member who was hospitalised, and the previous night I had found my car with a flat tyre on the hospital car park - not the best 24 hours of my life :: I knew I could not drive back to Bristol with the spare wheel so arrived at Kwik Fit Newhaven on a Saturday just before 4pm. Bearing in mind that they close at 5pm and they were incredibly busy, they still managed to fit me in and went above and beyond, I can only recommend their professionalism and kindness.Service: Tires
One nail in the wrong place. Unfortunately not repairable. Friendly and efficient service. I was satisfied that the job was completed personally.
I booked online for a tyre changing first in the morning on a Sunday when I woke up to a flat and had to drive to Heathrow in that evening. My nightmare turned into a dream experience mainly because of your member of staff Ricky who went the extra mile to make sure I had the service I booked online done speedily and in a non intimidating way for a nervous female who knows nothing about walking into a garage and getting car things repaired. I felt looked after, was told to wait in a nice air conditioned room which was perfect as it was 30°C on that day. It was all done within half an hour at most and Ricky was helpful, professional and polite. Can’t fault this branch and will only use you guys from now.Service: Tires
The Newhaven branch are great! I have been taking my car here for 5 years now and the team are always so helpful and professional. I recently took my car there for a service and break check, they answered all my questions and were incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you to the team at Newhaven Kwik fit.
