Great atmosphere all the time. Cocktails are incredibly. Music always brilliant also. Very small, so expect to get up close and personal with a lot of strangers

Huge a disappointment! If you have a large party (20) and want friendly competent staff that make you feel like you are valued customers don't bother! We booked well in advance from 6 - 8.30 together we spent in excess of £400! in that time and for the last hour of that we were pestered to clear the tables because they had another booking! The staff walked past frequently glaring at us (the customers) and banging drinks down on the table in a most aggressive manner. To top it all the drinks where full of ice and sub standard, as we found out when we visited Botanist! that's how you make cocktails and serve your customers they saved our night!!

Massively overpriced rubbish. Way too busy like probably illegal how many people they pack in there...music is way way too loud you can't even shout over it to order a drink. Tried to complain but was told to leave if I didn't like it....not exactly great service....head my warning..go somewhere else!!

Really expensive. Totally red lights inside. Very clicky. Don't bother trying to sit on the seat's as you walk in if they are empty. Someone will have paid for the pleasure and you will be asked to move..

Not good value for money. My mate paid way too much for a fancy, big cocktail that was brimming with ice and barely any liquid! Music was good but the bartenders were all wasted and one girl actually singed my hair when burning someone elses drink...luckily I was looking down at the time otherwise she probably would have blinded me. She didn't even apologise, let alone offer a free drink, despite me complaining. Apparently "it happens".. She was way too intoxicated to be serving, let alone using fire!! Can't find an email address or phone number to complain to either!
