I can’t thank Andy enough for helping me purchase the Wharfedale Linton Heritage, I had been searching for the right product for some time now and visited other shops to try them, when I came across KronosAv on a Sunday I instantly messaged them and in an instant I had a reply to help me with my queries. Andy was just so helpful and accommodating to me as a new audiophile it was a Sunday out of work hoursI feel badbut Andy didn’t even hesitate to help and you can feel there’s sincerely there. The process of ordering was just so smooth and you can feel that they are honest. Is like a personal shopper through online, and I didn’t even been to their shop. Worst company ever to deal with. Ordered a speaker but never got a delivery confirmation date. Called them several times to confirm delivery date but they never answer the phone. I had to order speakers from another company due to delays from them. Finally received the speaker 10 days later. Since then I'm trying to return the product but they never replied to emails and phone calls. 2 months on now someone finally answered call stating your order is out of 14 days return period and hung up the phone on me. I'm calling again since but they are not answering again!

Edited update.  Following this review Kronos Audio Visual did get in touch with me who appeared to be quite dismayed and taken back by the negative review that I had posted. They explained that they had instructed their distributor to dispatch the item upon receipt of the order and that the fact I had not received it was frustrating for them too. In their defence they did issue a full refund and apologised for what had happened. I will accept that they are a legitimate company and once I had their attention they resolved the matter professionally. I only wish that they had monitored their emails more closely then this matter could have been resolved sooner. Thank you for the refund. Updated to 3 stars.  Original Review.  Not really sure what’s going on here, I ordered an item from them back at the start of September. After the initial sale acknowledgment email I to date have received nothing further. Numerous emails have been sent asking for an update on my order, to which I have had no response other than the standard do not reply verification that my email has been received. When I phone all I get is an answering machine. The fact it has been over a month since the order was placed and paid for and I haven’t received a single update, even when requested is appalling. Quite simply mark and avoid and buy elsewhere. Please can I have my money back so that I may purchase the item from a more legitimate and reputable retailer. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to give no stars so I had to give it the 1 star review to post this plus my bank have been notified who will be in touch to dispute the transaction

Very good audio shop. Richard was most helpful in assisting me to make the right choice for new good quality audio equipment. Did take 3 visits, bit the final choice was within my budget. It's a shame that their main shop is in Ireland, but they were willing to ship the amplifier over that I wanted.

Purchased a Pro-Ject III turnatable having gone without a deck for 30-odd years. Turntable arrived quickly and in perfect condition from transport although it looks like some nosey-parker in transit tried to have a look inside. Had a few issues setting up the tone-arm, and also with the amplifier I was using, but David was on hand and happy to explain how to set up the machine, and to explain to me where I was going wrong with the amp I was using. Very helpful positive purchasing experience overall. It just shows it really is worth going to a specialist for hi-fi gear.

I listen to a turnable combination from Orgin Live and i have to say it blew me away.  Cannot wait to get it now!  Andy and Richard know there stuff and I have to say I listened to track after track and couldn't stop smiling

Purchased a Titan Audio Helios mains cable through KronosAV.  Couldn’t be happier, both with the product,  I was astounded by the difference the mains cable made, punchier bass, clearer mids  and top end and an inky black background, and also the service.  I used the scrappage scheme bringing the price down considerably which is great.  Richie kept me up to date via email with the progress of my order and some useful advice.  Overall I’m very impressed by the service received and I will definitely be using KronosAV again, thank you.

Richard has a wealth of experience, second to none, he just lets the equipment sell itself... Not pushy, never any pressure.. Fair prices on the most fantastic kit.... in over 40 years I have rarely encountered professionalism close to this.... Highly recommended

Specifically asked if they could deliver to Greece by the Wednesday said they would spent my whole holiday chasing them for answers finally arrived in the UK 1week and 1 day later
