Yesterday I went by the little Krispy Kreme shop at Manchester's Piccadilly Station and just couldn't resist those tempting looking calorie bombs on display. I got a Glazed Raspberry, a Salted Caramel, a Nutty Chocolatta and a Biscoff donut and paid £9.95 for my box of four, which I thought was very reasonable. The donuts were all delicious, especially the filling of the Nutty Chocolatta donut was irresistible. On top of that, I would particularly like to mention the lovely lady who took my order yesterday 28.07., 14:08 - unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name to give her the credit she deserves so much. She brightened my mood on a really exhausting day with her warm words and kind-heartedness - thank you so much!

I tried to collect online order from this branch but apparently i need a ‘barcode’ to collect my order when I’ve only given an order number. The woman behind the counter doesn’t even want to help me and keep on insisting that she needs a barcode or else she can’t give me my online order while the email stated to just provide my unique order number when I wanted to collect my order. 1 start for the very bad customer service

Very poor customer service. I arrived on Saturday evening and the customer assistant was serving a family and she seemed very friendly towards them. When it was my turn to be served I greeted her with a smile and she was very cold and rude to me. She looked fed up and it was a very bad experience for me. Whilst she was serving me another customer arrived behind me and she was friendly with them and even started chatting with them before she had finished serving me as if I wasn't even there. I had asked for a bag and she just dumped it on the counter for me to put my doughnut box inside whilst she chatted with the gentleman behind me. I couldn't help but take it personally. I am a black woman and the other customers were white and she treated them with more respect and warmth than me. Very disappointing and upsetting experience and I won't be returning again.
Subarna made sure I left with a smile on my face and even gave a couple of her own recommendations for my box. I’ll be coming here more often thanks to her!

The donuts you want to pick up at the train station. Very friendly crew and a fast and serve from 7am till 10pm. 12 chooses ones cost 12,45 pounds

Very rubbish place lies about rewards it was my birthday and they completely removed the reward and didn’t give me my birthday doughnut I don’t recommend anyone going very angry ladies
