Greasy food and an angry owner - would not reccomend! The food took over 2 hours to get to us and we were told it was our fault. There are much better establishments in Northernden. We ordered pizza and it was soggy, the chips were cold and very greasy.Food: 1/5
Ordered a takeaway last night. The food was gorgeous and portion sizes were huge! By far the best takeaway in Northenden. The staff are really friendly too. I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. We've always been more than happy.
We ordered from them 2 weeks ago, the food was nice and the price was good. We ordered again tonight and the food cost almost £6 more for the same order. We tried to complain to the delivery driver who was argumentative and rude, he also informed us there was now a £1 delivery charge. The food seemed much lower quality, the chicken burger bun was dry and the fries seemed soggy. We will not be using them again..
Over rated with prices and lack of actual portions.. tried a few Turkish places and this so far is the worst! Donner meat wafer thin and charge you an average £16.00 for a dinner and Sheesh mix!!! Small portions with high prices then the perfect place for you!
3.8 stars? WHAT!? That is a a complete robbery. I can not vouch for if their burgers are good or not but what I can say is their pizzas are some of the best pizzas I have ever had. The chips are amazing as well. Isanno seems to be the only place that sells a can of rio, which is one of the nicest soft drinks in my opinion. The customer service is good and there takeaway time is pretty good. The outside decour of the place doesn’t look great, but you know what they say: never judge a book by the front cover. If you end up in northenden i would recommend you try the pizza and realise how amazing it is.
Absolutely gorgeous burgers and chips, great price. Only downside, despite requesting set delivery time it has been know to arrive an hour either aide of it. Is always hot and amazing though. EDIT: I've deducted starters because despite giving a time they just deliver whenever. Not helpful when settling a baby and you order dinner for later and they arrive in the middle every time regardless of how late you ordered for.
Food arrived cold. Called to ask them to send more and I would give back the cold food to the delivery driver. Only to be told that I’m a liar and there’s no way the food is cold. Said they would call me back in 5, no call back so my partner called and he was called a liar. We had to drive to the shop to give them the food to try get it replaced and all the men who work there came to the counter calling my partner a liar even when presented with the cold food! They replaced the pizza in the end. Rude and incompetent staff.
Our go to take away. Food is always gorgeous and fast delivery.Food: 5/5
Pizza, garlic bread with mushrooms, burger with blue cheese/bacon and fries = fab, hot, tasty food. The staff are polite and friendly also. We can NOT fault Issano 1 bit. We love it!!!! Thank you soooo much!!!
