Today I went to top up my Oyster card. The gentleman at the counter was very nice to me, was smiling and customer service was excellent.

Don't know what the other reviews are about, I have been going to this shop for around 7 years and have never had a bad experience, whenver i come in they are always nice asking how i am, don't try to hold unwanted or unexpected conversations, and they DO help when you need something from them.

Very low quality food and drink, Very low customer service no smiling, no helping customer to find what they need. Coffee machine always got issues and they charge you anyway. People ask so many questions they don`t think about their business. I am Very disappointed.
