The store has the best Venezuelan chocolate ice cream, the store opens at 7am and close pretty late at night, is always open at time and have all the essentials, it’s a little bit more expensive that other supermarkets but it works for me as It’s super close to my house
This place has improved quite a bit from the past few days. Staff are really helpful and its joy shopping at this store.
I don’t think there is a worst shop in the UK. Lazy rude staff chatting to each other and ignoring customers. Fridges not working, wrong price tags..
Poor service at first no one rushing to help, the card readers just totally failed to work. The one star is for the young gentleman who finally came and tried his best to sort it all out, I don't know if he managed it I paid cash in the end. A totally new, underwhelming and unwanted experience in the co-op, I'm so used to excellence.
I cannot stand this shop. Nobody is ever around to serve and they've not much choice of things and majorly expensive. The security guard jumps on ke every time I walk in there like im some sort of prolific thief and even the pay as you go check out is complicated to use. If I had a choice I would never shop in here.
Had cycled by many times returning to The Roastery on the north side of Kew Bridge. Stopped and shopped as I finally linked my Coop membership card to the Coop app on my mobile. Consequently I had a couple of weekly money off offers an to use. Good to see an old pub reused as a Coop.
Recently went through deliveroo for a small basic order and half the products were not delivered but charged for, this is disgusting on both the co-op and deliveroo, poor service from both and considering we have tried to contact the shop several times to find out where the stuff is we can’t get through, deliveroo don’t offer refunds and it’s not the first time this has happened. No wonder deliveroo is losing investors!!! Bloody awful service.
Doesn’t look like much but the place makes a nice change to Sainers & The Tesc. Staff wander the aisles so you’re generally reliant on using a self-checkout, which is fine with me but your mileage may vary if you’re averse to paying machines money in exchange for goods. Love the cheese and jalapeño loaves! Also they stock regular hob-nobs in addition to the much more common chocolate variety. What you waiting for?! Go!
This store must the worst in the area, very rude staff and so unwelcoming they certainly don't deserve my custom
Okay though not a huge selection of food. Staff are also either rather uninterested or simply not around. You might struggle if you don't like self checkout machines.
