Had eyelash extensions using a groupon voucher. Very disappointed, very sparse with the use of lashes, have blobs of glue left on them and only spent 25 minutes on them! usually takes beautician an hour plus to do them. Would not recommend !!!

We bought a treatment package from Groupon for here for our mum. She needed some love and care as she has been having problems with her back and though a massage would help it. We purchased 3 treatments, a body massage, indian head massage and a facial. Right from the start the lady who welcomed my mum was far from inviting. She was rude and clearly didn't feel it important to give any customer service or try to make my mum feel relaxed. The massage was mediocre, she stills have a knot and the girl didn't even attempt to work it out even though my mum had explained it to her. The indian head massage, the girl literally just combed oil through my mums hair. It lasted all of 5 minutes. Then the facial was no more than having a wash. The girl just used a facial scrub. I would have been better off going to boots and buying a facial gift kit. When the three treatments were over the girl didn't even say goodbye. ABSOLUTE CRAP!
