Really nice place. I had my hair cut by a lovely lady called Zoe, had a very enjoyable convo with her. I was after a hair cut spontaneously and they managed to squish me in last minute on a Saturday. Very odd experience using Indy Hair - I followed my stylist here as she is amazing but the atmosphere of the salon is off and some of the staff can be rude. After 2/3 times using them they decided to start charging me a 50% deposit when booking!! I spoke to other friends that had followed my stylist here and they were not being charged this fee, however because I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else I just had to pay it. When I questioned it I was made to feel like scum and that they were doing it because they couldn’t trust me?! When I came to pay the balance after having my hair done they then charged me full price and after their “mistake” it took them days to refund me. Luckily my stylist has since moved on just as I was getting to the point of not being able to bring myself to go back!

Staff were super friendly overall Indy would've got 5 stars from me I had paid £179 for my hair haaa a lot! came out with the cut I wanted which is brilliant but my colour had barley changed! I mean I wanted to go lighter and basically the brassiness has gone down but weeks later I just have the same colour hair and I paid £179 wow - If you want a cut go for it. Colour? no don't do it, unless you want to throw your money away.

This is so disheartening to pay £150 and ruining my hair. Wasted my time, money and my long hair. I went to this salon for the first time and they took my long hair piece for colour test. I agreed with the colour they had shown to me that it will not get changed after using the toner. But what i got is no results at all. My full head highlights are not all visible neither day nor night. Infact they are all ruined. The staff is so rude and arrogant specially Ms Lisa and when I spoke to the manager she was no help. I am so upset. No one can see my colour at all as if I just have wasted my MONEY! Hairstylist Lisa is a NO NO. I am never gonna recommend this salon to anyone in my life. RUDE STAFF! POOR AND HOPELESS SERVICE!! OVERCARGING! UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Unfortunately i had a terrible experience! I decided to have my hair dyed as a treat, during my appointment members of staff were painting walls around me, swearing and talking about inappropriate subjects which made me feel very uncomfortable. My hair ended up very patchy and basically the same colour that it was before... they charged me £80!!!! I complained the next day and spoke to an incredibly rude staff member! Eventually i was offered an appointment to correct my hair... unfortunately i was unable to attend the appointment and now they are refusing to rebook! Literally thrown £80 down the drain!

I would have given zero stars but there is no option. More than once, my hair has been dying completely wrong.  This last time I ordered one colour for my hair, and they coloured the top as I required and somehow the bottom side was different . Apparently according to them, this was due to the texture of my hair, and so it was my fault I guess... especially as I paid them 100 plus to do it. They offered to redo it, but said bleaching was required which would  destroy my hair. I got a second opinion from another salon, and all is sorted without any issues.  I wasted so much money and time here as this was not the first time..never coming here again

Please try to avoid.the customer service is rubbish. We have an appointment 3:30 it’s been informed by us that gonna be late 5 minutes walked in there said take a seat all over sudden been advised that you will have to book an appointment another day. I was gone mad than said wait another 20 minutes will sort you out well that was completely unacceptable also unfair I ever had. It’s like they don’t care. Anyway plenty hair dressers around area should give chance to others.

First time visiting Indyhair today and have to say had an amazing experience! My hair was quite yellowish blonde with my dark roots comming through and wanted a change, the hairdresser that did my hair was called Sinead and was so lovely! And what a amazing job she did on my hair, it's now a medium dark bayalage with some cold blonde in it and I love it! Even had a compliment on my hair from a complete stranger after leaving the salon. Highly recommended

My son was treated like a Prince and had a fabulous cut and perm by Monique. Can highly recommend this salon plus the coffee and biscuits were *****
