On their website it says suitable for children 0-12. I went today with my toddler and whilst there is an ok toddler area it was a horrible experience due to much much older children playing in the toddler area. The area is clearly labelled 0-3 and there is a much larger area labelled 4-12! No staff or parents seemed to care. We could go in the toddler ball pool as it was full of about five older boys throwing balls around, there was also a couple of older children running around with a little tikes car. Despite me not being more than half a metre from my toddler at all times it didn’t feel safe so we left after 30/40 minutes. If it had cost me a couple of quid I wouldn’t mind but it was £6 for a walking one year old! If you’re going to charge that much for a toddler at least monitor the toddler area.nnIt was pretty average for older children.
Brilliant soft play our 4yo loves it, small car park so tend to park on the main road opposite the small play area, plenty of seating and decent hot & cold food available, great that it's unlimited play unlike some other places where you only get a couple of hours / 90 minutes. Also no need to book, everytime we've been we just turn up.
Lovely play area, clean and well kept. I had the breakfast and it was honestly 10/10 all fresh even the mushrooms which I didn’t expect at all. Very good quality!
Visited here today, Saturday 1st of April. Nice place had everything to keep kids occupied for a couple of hours. Also had sky sports on a big screen no audio which was a nice touch I felt, for the guys mainly haha! Little girl had fish fingers and chips which she enjoyed. Parking not great had to park round corner on main road however only 2 secs away. I did wonder if the sat nav had taken us to the wrong place when we first got there as you walk up a little side road that looks like it leads to a secluded area with nothing there really, so signing probably could have been better for it but no big deal really. Staff were very nice too.
I visited 2 days ago with my 2 boys and my mum, loved it will definitely be back even had the place to our self for a while the food was lovely and very good priced!. The only fault me and my mum could pick at is the staff weren’t very friendly/approachable, especially the young lady with blond hair. We get that it’s not fun when it’s quiet as we both work in very similar industry but the main point of contact reception needs to have that happy smiling staff member to make you feel welcome.
