For £80 these flowers were damaged and did not look at all like the ones I was shown… after picking them back up a second time as I wasn’t happy the flowers now look worse and was told no refund would be issued. Unacceptable!

Just wanted to send a very big thank you to everyone at Dawson flowers for the beautiful floral tributes made for my late husbands funeral. Each and every one, and there were quite a few were beautiful. They got many compliments on the day ,and as there are no second chances on a day as special as this I am so grateful to everyone involved. The staff and the service are superb. If you want the best this is the place to go. Thank you all again.
So I was searching for flowers bouquet to send my friend on her birthday, who is currently in London and I had to shop online from different country region and also make sure she receives a high quality flowers. I found Dawson flowers shop online, I purchased the midsummer bouquet and payment process was super smooth and simple. REALLY impressed with the freshness and beauty of their flowers!! I ordered my wedding bouquet from Dawson flowers on lambs conduit street and was so disappointed with the bouquet. It was £125 and it looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had showed them. I wish I went somewhere else. It really upset me when I saw the bouquet on my wedding day. It was filled with so many big leaves and looked nothing like the picture they assured me they would try and recreate.
This is the first Valentine's Day my fiancee and I spent in the UK after recently moving from NY. A friend recommended Dawson and I definitely wasn't disappointed! The flowers arrived first thing on Feb 14th and were beautifully arranged. My fiancee loved them! I gave them some direction in flowers and colours to use - they really took my direction well and they cam out great. Will be ordering from Dawson again soon!

Lovely shop, beautiful rare looking flowers and they wrap them in paper, celophane and a fabric ribbon. Couldnt be more pleased
