The staff are so helpful and there are lots of unique products to buy. Loved my Nomination bracelet and they will put the links in free of charge. Thanks for such a lovely shopping experience guys, will definitely be back.
Giving this 1 star review due to one specific employe, before purchasing an item I was hesitant on buying because my partner is so fussy, but I asked the employe is it possible to get a return of the money if my partner did not like the item she specifically said yes to me how ever my partner did not like the item went back in there within 4 days to get a refund, was speaking to the employe herself and straight told me to my face she did not say that I was not happy with this then spoke to the manager on the phone and that did not help my situation all that was said was she did not think her employe would have said that and there is nothing she can do, I asked please look through your cctv because this is not right I am being made to feel a liar and a fool, anything for money and getting a raise through selling more items though I suppose !!!
I have been purchasing from this store since they opened in Mill Street and continued to do so since they've opened in TAFF Street. I've recently purchased 4 Nomination bracelets and 8 charms. I ring my order through and go into town immediately and its ready for collection by the time I get there beautifully packaged with a paper recept and an electronic one sent via email it's lovely to a local store where you can purchase lovely gifts. The fact that it's a Nomination retailer is a bonus.
I've been buying from this store since they were open in Tonypandy. Run by a really nice, friendly and generous family selling some really beautiful quality items at very good prices. Wouldn't expect such exotic stuff thus far off the beaten track
Speaking from first hand experience, Kookoo Madame's shops both Pontypridd and Talbot Green are amazing. From their extensive selection of products and the customer service, they are second to none. It's a pleasure to peruse and have such a vast selection of high quality jewellery and boutique clothes. In specific relation to their Nomination Bracelets and Qudo Jewellery gifts, purchasing for my family / loved ones has been...dare I say it..."a pleasure"...it's so easy both initially and adding to orders, especially with the wealth of experience / knowledge offered by staff to help make a gift look perfect!! Nothing is too much to try on, irrespective of how many times you want to try something different / change your mind...….it's refreshing to be able to purchase multiple goods, which look great, at affordable prices....WITH NO PRESSURE!!! Keep going and doing what you do best!!! I had to write this review as it's a pleasure to shop with such a great local business....sooooooo many of my family are happy thanks to you!!
Never know what you might find! lovely clothing, jewellery, bags shoes with one off designs also beautiful cards and gifts if you want something different, the staff don't put any pressure on you and leave you to browse, but if there's anything you need they are very plesant and helpful.
Thank you for a fabulous click and collect service in these trying times. You guys are still smiling, going above and beyond to serve your customers and running a very smooth easy to use method of shopping with you x
