Reviews
Prices are way to high for a lot of their products especially given they are all pre-owned. But their standards are good, their testing of products they buy is second to none and if there is a fault they don't buy it. Staff could be a little more friendly and approachable, to be honest they always seem to in to conversations amongst themselves than talking to customers and building a relationship with them. If they improved their customer service I'd probably be willing to spend a bit more there and visit regularly.
