Do not buy from comWales they are not truthful.I ordered a bean to cup coffee machine & specifically asked them to assure me it was a uk model not a European with a UK plug adapter. Guess what! after waiting 8 days it turned out to be a European model ! I could have bought it a lot cheaper with a quicker delivery!

AVOID at all cost YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, I paid for a Ironing board and was told 3-5 days delivery, Waited and waited contacted them for a Tracking Number only to be told it was en-route but no tracking number. Waited and Waited still no Ironing Board, phoned again only to be told the Item has been lost. Seriously how can you loose a Ironing Board. When I asked was going to happen now, was told another one would be sent, but would have to Wait " you guessed it another 7-10 days. This is a Tiny shop in Wales not as they describe as a Warehouse. a Tin Pot shop just read the reviews and response given very sad People Rest assured if I don't get my item ive paid for theres going to be a Court Summons issued What a Joke

Avoid. I've never encountered such rude staff. I phoned up with an enquiry about a product and to tell them there was an issue with ordering something on their website and all I got was attitude!, as if somehow the errors on the site were my fault. I was also told despite certain brands being advertised on their site that the brands they carry are not the same. Surely that's false advertising?. I'd sooner give my business to someone who cares about their customers than this obnoxious character.
