I don’t box. I powerlift. This place housed our event last weekend and the location is top notch!!!! Super clean and the equipment was smooth and reliable. If I was a boxer, I would go here for sure. The ring was well kept and the whole place was welcoming. Highly recommend!!!!!! Joe
Signed my daughter 6 years old for boxing personal training a few months ago! Stuart is her trainer and is absolutely awesome with her! She loves the sport and looks forward going to each session! The owner is a pretty cool down to earth guy and almost always there making sure everything is running smooth when he’s not teaching a class himself. All the staff there is really nice and supportive too! The gym itself is clean and well kept. I’m happy they opened their doors to the new younger generations. They aren’t teaching them how to fight, they are teaching them to defend themselves. If you are looking for something different for your child this is definitely it! They offer group child sessions or individual one on one sessions, what ever you prefer!
1st class was free so decided to see if my 3yo son would be interested... He Loved it! Great staff, the trainers/coaches are very patient and take their time with each kid. Great family friendly atmosphere and VERY CLEAN!! Looking forward to starting the adult classes myself tomorrow!
Just joined this this gym like 2 weeks ago, havent had a chance to try out their boxing classes but ive ran into a couple of their instructors and they’re very polite and welcoming, i really enjoy the free weights and the facility is always clean.
Me and a friend were in search of a boxing gym to visit. The front ladies were welcoming even with me being late. All members of the gym were encouraging to new guest. Our Knuckle Up experience was new and pleasant. I would definitely recommend visiting Knuckle Up for one’s own experience!
Fantastic Gym! This gym is perfect for new boxers and fighters who want to compete. They cater to all skill levels. They hold classes such as athletic performance, strength training, and Yoga. After joining this gym, you will be in the best shape of your life. All the staff becomes your family, including the owner Randy. And WOW, has the customer service gone to a whole new level with their new employee Shelby. She brings so much energy and fun to the facility.
Great coaches. Awesome people. Inspiring environment. Randy is a professor of the science that is boxing. Go to this place if you want to improve your physical and mental state.
Knuckle Up overall was a great experience. I've been living in Raleigh for a few weeks and the team at Knuckle Up were super welcoming and were obviously knowledgeable in the art of boxing. It was a great first experience looking for gyms to train at full time having just moved to the area. Looking forward to my future at the gym!
Easily the best boxing gym I have ever been to. It is an extremely learning friendly environment for everyone, regardless of the level of skill. I would highly suggest this gym to anyone who is looking to pick up a new hobby and learn from the best, or if your just trying to stay in good shape and take care of your health. Suitable for any and all ages and people, you can tell the owners and staff are very passionate about what they do.
Best in Raleigh! The Coaches are experts in the boxing & fitness field! Excellent techniques, leadership, motivation, & knowledge. My son loves it. We love our new family!
