Circuit training at the club is always varied... You work at your own pace and no one is there to judge you, only to encourage you. Its a friendly place to work out and you will always be made to feel welcome. The instructors are well trained. Its such great value for money.
I joined Apollo about 5 years ago and exercise became enjoyable for the first time ever. I struggled at first but it's nice that you work in pairs and can do at your own pace. These days I am 1,000 times fitter than I was and I feel great. The club is awesome, so friendly and welcoming and they make fitness fun. It's a great community spirit with real people. I love my Apollo family. The club is growing and where else will you find a fitness class designed for children too? ...Try it once and you'll be hooked!

great club where you always feel welcome, the trainers are friendly and funny. The sessions are excellent value for money and good fun as well as being as challenging as you want to make them.
100% this is the best club I've ever been to! Professionally run by amazing people, great support and advice, meet new friends, such an enjoyable and fun way to get fit!!
Highly recommend this place . A great team who give of their time for free, to help you get fit and let you have a laugh too! Circuits and other classes available. Give them a go. Been going for years and love it.
