I had my car looked at by 3 garages before finally arriving at Knox Brothers. I had been fed mislead information and decided to try a final garage before chucking the car effectively. From the beginning I was given factual information on what the problem was and a realistic expectation of what to expect in terms of price. My polo had been overheating for some time and several garages had turned away the job as it was 'too big.' Thankfully not this garage. Upon picking the car up I was told that the job took a lot longer than expected however the original price would be honoured the job took 6+ hours more. The attitude and professionalism from everyone I spoke to was great and I will definitely use Knox Brothers again. Highly recommend.
Absolute outstanding service from Knox Brothers. This was through my company insurance but my personal experience was 10/10. I required a knew door and the communication was great, and when i picked up the vehicle the car was valeted and i was contacted to ensure i was happy. Would recommend this place to anyone. I personally would use them again
Used Knox Bothers on a number of occasions with the latest one being to get my clutch replaced. Recovery vehicle dropped my Skoda Superb off late morning on the Friday and got it back on the Monday. Very quick and at a very reasonable price compared to all the well known franchises/garages. Can be very busy at times which could become frustrating but this is only because they do a great job and look after their loyal customers. Would thoroughly recommend. Other family members Son and Daughters now use Knox Bothers.

Professional and friendly team. I had to unfortunately bring my bike for an MOT with a flat battery- they jump started it for me before I left thankfully! only took about 40-60 minutes as well. would definitely go again.
Very efficient, replaced a faulty catalyst fitted by another garage and did not charge for labour. Also obtained clutch parts in good timescale after breakdown. Well worth their approved garage status and good value. Also thanks for resetting dashboard light free of charge good to see garages where loyalty still.counts.ServicesGeneral repairs & maintenance
I have used Knox Bro for many years. When my car is past its warranty period I have no hesitation in using Knox Bro. Excellent honest quality service. A great team. Highly recommend
My experience was not a good one. My warranty company booked me into knox brothers to have van faults diagnosed and repaired. I waited 2 weeks for appointment to take van in and contacted them 4 days later to get an update gut I spoke to was very abrasive and told me they had 72 vehicles to deal with before they would get to mine and he would call me when he had something to tell me. I could not wait another 2 weeks to get van back so I went to collect it only to find it in a compound a 5 minute drive away from knox brothers garage. I read the reviews for knox brothers and felt good about going there but In reality my experience was probably the worst I have encountered anywhere so I have van back and trying to source repairs elsewhere. I would like to think my experience was down to knox brothers being exceptionality busy but even over the phone it was not a nice experience.thanks for the reply. If that's the case why accept the work from warranty company. But apart from that I authorised the work myself as the warranty company were not interested. I understand warranty companies are a joke to deal with. But knox brothers is where they sent me. But still the way I was spoken to on the phone was poor. And that was my first call after 4 days just to get an update

Called first thing to say my front passenger tyre had a slow puncture and they squeezed my car in before 9 am. Fixed and away. Great customer service. I use Knox Brothers for anything car-related.
