A very good coffee in the heart of Victoria station. Polite lady who served me and was also training a young man at the same time. Definitely worth checking out compared to bigger chains as this has a nice vibe and homely quality. Will go back for vegan offerings; pretzels look delicious Thank you.
Delicious soft pretzels! The Classic and cheese and red onion were good- the red onion being sweet-but the cinnamon stole my heart! So buttery, so soft, so yummy! Also had a chai latte and a regular latte and they were both delicious.
O.M.G The amazing coffee is not all this place is good for, the staff especially the small girl who served me are so lovely. We chatted about nails and she was just a genuinely nice person and boy does she make good coffee. Thank you dearly for brightening my journey.
They didn’t lie when they said this is the best coffee in Victoria Station. It’s actually the best I’ve had in a long time and the personnel was so friendly, they helped me when I was really stressed making it to my train. I will go here every time I pop by Victoria Station. Merry Christmas to you
Super love the pretzels! I go for the red onion and cheese, plain, straight up cheese and lavender sugar. Super fresh and delicious! Try them yourselves and you will definitely buy again!
It took over 10mins to make my coffee after the barista got my order incorrect twice. The was no form of apology. The Barista was more apologetic and grateful to the man who was will to take one of my incorrect orders. The way the staff treated me as if I had made the mistake. Absolutely terrible.
My favourite go to place for pretzels or hot chocolate. Can't go wrong with them. And if you buy hot chocolate before 11am the pretzels are £2!
I got led on by the pretzels and sweet deals on the coffee; today it was cash only as the card machine had stopped working but luckily as this was Victoria Station, there were many cash machines on hand! Got a large mocha, and 2 pretzels for under £9.50; the quality and value for money for what you buy isn't as good as Auntie Anne's but it's a long shot better what you'd expect in the Costa coffee nearby; you're presented with many choices for milk substitutes in your drink so pretty much anyone is catered for and the pretzels have a nice blend of sweet and savoury; knowing this fact, it's possible to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner here... Just so long as you like pretzels!
I wouldn’t know how the coffee tastes, it took 10 minutes to make and wasn’t what I ordered when it came. Unsurprising as the baristas were more interested in their own conversation than their customers. I had a train to catch and couldn’t wait another 10 minutes. Hopefully I’ll get a refund for the over priced drink I never got.
They have ice!! Not only on their menu, but they actually have ice! As an american, I've found that finding an iced drink isn't a problem back home, but in London during mid summer months, this proves to be a challenge for iced drink and iced latte lovers. I alsi asked for sugar in my coffee so it would melt before the ice, the clerk happily obliged. All around great customer service and they sell what they market. Yay!
