Absolute joke of a pharmacy!

My dentist gave me prescription for a high value toothpaste (Colgate Duraphant) and I was told by a completely arrogant foreign woman behind the counter that they could not give me the triple pack that was prescribed as the prescription was not counter signed and therefor could have been forged.

I have phoned my dentist who has informed me that this is total rubbish as it was signed and stamped perfectly and they are just trying to avoid giving out £30 worth of toothpaste on a single prescription and instead fob you off with a single tube worth considerably less.

I have been told by my dentist to just use a different pharmacist.

ABSOLUTE JOKE...AVOID!!!

The manager in this place is terrible, constantly causing problems with peoples prescriptions, very rude and difficult, so much so I now get my prescriptions online and delivered.
