Helen Waddilove from the Knight Frank Stow-on-the-Wold office was excellent in steering my recent purchase of a property through the various processes and keeping everything on track. We have recently sold a house through Knight Frank and Helen Waddilove at the Stow-on-the-Wold Branch was amazing, both with her advice when we were marketing and in coordinating the sale.  We would certainly recommend Knight Frank if Helen is representative - we were so pleased with the service we received that we have now decided to use Knight Frank to market a property that we own in London and the advice and assistance so far has been of a similar standard.

I am incredibly impressed with Knight Frank estate agents and in particular Helen Waddilove.  I recently sold my cottage in Chipping Campden and the professionalism, dedication and effort I enjoyed from Knight Frank surpassed all my expectations. The initial contract was fair, the sales materials produced were not only of Athena highest quality but were beautiful, I was sent an sms each time a viewing appointment was made and given follow up information on each viewing by Helen. Helen said she would sell my property and she delivered. She was in contact with me all the time and answered every question I had with patience and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything was explained to me when there were some hiccups along the way and in conclusion I couldn’t recommend Knight Frank more to sell your house. And if you can get Helen Waddilove to be your agent more the better for you. I’m very grateful to Helen for everything. She is not a talker, she is a doer. And she is fair and gives straight answers. Helen Waddilove at the Stow branch was a joy to work with during the purchase of my home. She kept me fully informed at all stages and worked meticulously at getting the sale completed as soon as possible for both parties in a friendly but professional manner.  Even with the vendors on the other side of the world, Helen never faltered in liaising with them out of hours and responded quickly to any calls and texts. I can’t recommend Helen enough.

We've just exchanged and are about to complete on our new home near Stow. During the process the whole team at Knight Frank have been extremely helpful, professional and most of all friendly. Helen has guided us through the sale, keeping us updated regularly, liaising with all parties and even finding us a builder when the mortgage company required a quote for some renovations! It's not been easy, but Helen has been amazing the whole way through, making the process a lot less stressful than it could have been.
