We had a number of estate agents visit to value the house and discuss selling it.  Knight Frank, and Tom Woods specifically, stood out as being far more professional and knowledgeable than all of the others.  

Throughout the sale Tom went above and beyond to manage the sale and stayed on top of not only all parties down the chain, but also our solicitor, whilst giving me regular updates by phone and email.  I was very grateful for this as it meant that I could get on with other tasks, safe in the knowledge that Tom was on top of the house sale. 

I would highly recommend Knight Frank and Tom  Woods to anyone thinking of selling their house.  We shall definitely use them again.

We have just bought a new home through KF and, although we were not the clients, would like to praise how much they made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Not an easy thing to do when it’s the biggest purchase you’ll ever make. They totally ‘got’ our situation and tailored their approach accordingly. George Clarendon, in particular, is a great asset to the business. He really does put the ‘gent’ into agent!

The sale of my home has been a lengthy process due to many complicating factors. At all times George Clarendon has acted with professionalism and empathy backed by a team who were a pleasure to deal with. The Solicitor acting on my behalf commented that Knight Franks commitment to the sale and input into the sale process had been exceptional.

Our purchase was handled by Tom Woods from start to finish.  He could not have been more helpful from start to finish; always available, very knowledgeable and kept the transaction rolling along smoothly.  When we hit a couple of last minute glitches, he was proactive in resolving them and keeping all parties informed so that we exchanged promptly.  All in all, he has been a credit to Knight Frank.
