I wasnt impressed that they sold me wool knowing that i needed another ball and knowing that i intended to return for this. A week later they told me that they didnt intend to stock this line any more. They were quite helpful telling me which sister stores had it in stock but i would need to phone around and arrange to pay postage. At this point i abandonned loyalty to high steeet and bought what i neede from amazon....

Regular customer in cafe, my children love going there for lunch or breakfast and we're always welcome no matter the staff. Love this place and glad we have one in Winchester x

Nice shop but watch as they cut your fabric; I visited yesterday and found that mine was cut on an angle,  2.5cm shorter than I paid for at one end,  with a sample patch taken from a corner aswell!
