What a lovely cafe! The cats are so delightful and staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed playing with the cats. There are currently 26 cats bit the cafe has capacity for 30. The cats are free to roam and the rules mean they are kept safe and not pestered. There are so many play structures and toys which means they are well catered for. All the cats were friendly and we even got to feed them some treats. Comfy sofas, lovely food and cute cats - what more could you want!?
Good atmosphere. Food was great. Service was incredible, they came with a pay machine to the table so it was very efficient. Car park very close but can be hard to see. Added image at the end to show what it looks like. The only thing was the cat welfare fee. We came as a group of 3 people and surprised to find out it’s £8 PER person. It does say on the website when making the reservation but in the block of text I didn’t read it. There was no issue paying it but it seems quite steep. I would’ve thought it would be £8 per group. If I lived a bit closer I would be put off with the fee unless I went on my own. But since it was a day out it was fine to pay as a one off experience. Parking: Small car park pretty much next to it. Its a little hidden but can be seen on google street view. Not many spaces but there were spaces when we went.
Cats roaming free along cleverly set up shelves & tunnels. Rigorously cared for by staff..rules given out on entry, all very sensible. My granddaughter loved wandering around and meeting the cats. There's a scheduled treat time when you can feed treats to the cats, again, thoroughly enjoyed by the kids and adults! your table is booked for one hour and it was hard to get gdaughter away!
It was an exceptionally positive experience. I had the pleasure of visiting the establishment twice within a two-and-a-half-week period in Nottingham. The staff members displayed remarkable friendliness and warmth in their interactions with us. The feline companions were universally charming and endearing, actively seeking our attention and affection.
Beautiful cat cafe with tasty food. My partner for their meal deal offer which is £12.95 for any drinks, a toastie and a cake. The vegan chocolate brownie and halloumi wrap which I had were very nice. The building has two main rooms which you can freely walk between just have to make sure to protect your food and drinks with the covers they provide so cats do not eat anything they are not meant to. Vegetarian options: All their vegan and vegetarian options are indicated by a green V or leaf next to them.
Had a lovely experience at Kitty Cafe Nottingham. The food was in my opinion a little expensive but it was very good quality, fresh and tasty. The cats are free to roam and unlike other cat cafes I've been to, the environment is enriching and exciting for them. The welfare of the cats does seem paramount to what they do there. The entrance fee was a little pricey but again seeing how well they look after the cats I can see the cost is justifiable.
I took my daughter here because she wanted to be around cats after ours passed away . Amazing place the cats are well looked after, chilled out and either sleeping or playing with each other it’s a pleasure to see them. There is a fee of £8 and £6 for a child, we didn’t book we turned up and there was plenty of space. The food was lovely we had a £12.95 meal deal where you get a toastie, a drink and a cake. The food was covered on each table in case any theft occurs but one of the cats managed to grab a sandwich not ours. The staff are lovely and very attentive.
Went as a treat for my daughter's in half term. I booked online for 2pm & promptly received confirmation with a reminder the day before. I parked in the NCP car park just a short walk away. The place was bigger than I thought, friendly staff & brightly decorated. There is a welfare charge of £8 per adult & £6 pet child, there is notification of this on their website. We were given a sheet to rule of do's & don'ts & shown to out table. Service was quick & a nice selection of drinks & foods are available. The cats are free to roam around, so be wary as they may try to steal your food! Though part of the rules are for you to leave the cats whilst they sleep & ask children not to walk around on their own, this obviously doesn't happen. Just be warned if you have a cat near you, you feel like the pied piper with children flocking around you! Whilst it was something a bit different, I wouldn't rush to go again.
A lovely smiley place to be, especially if you adore cats. You need to book in advance. Staff are lovely. It was £8 per adult and £6 per child admission then whatever drinks or food you buy on top. My granddaughter absolutely loved it. A special treat for her birthday. She was so excited and it didn't disappoint. Unfortunately the main toilets were out of order but the staff one was available. You didn't have to queue long. It was comical to see the cats queuing too, to be let in a room for the litter trays! Very clean and happy place with lots of cats and friendly staff. Plenty of toys to interact with the cats too. A well behaved child's paradise. And cats too of course.
This place is simply beautiful! There is plenty of cats and kittens all around the place. You can sit there enjoying a cuppa and a piece of cake while admiring these lovely creatures having fun and running around! If you want a different afternoon this is the purrrfect placeFood: 5/5
