Just popped in for a quick look. Staff were friendly and allowed me to browse for a bit before offering help. Asked what I was looking for and steered me to a bike that fit the bill well. The chap knew his stuff about accessory options and finance, so all good. There's parking round the back too. If they'd offered me a coffee they'd have got the last star - that said I *was* drinking a costa...

I found that the whole experience from start to finish very professional. The staff were also friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone for service sales and parts.

I cannot fault the service from the team at Kirkcaldy Kawasaki. Having purchased a new z1000sx back in 2014 from Ronnie, then from the annual service and discussions with the sales and service team through to my decison to sell my precious GreenMachine due to lack of use... 😢 You are assured a great customer experience from the whole team. Very accommodating with great customer service. Can be expensive for some servicing costs compared to local garages.
