Rang for a Taxi at 7.20p.m. was told it would be 10 minutes as I required a black cab. Rang again at 7.40 . The operator was patronising and rude and said it was on its way. Taxi arrived at 8.05pm. This is after using this taxi firm every Wednesday all Winter.......Never again will I use this firm.....ever......I'll walk first....
