We used Cavalier Taxis for a large event, utilising many of their drivers and taxis. They were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, going above and beyond especially as it was on boxing day. Can not recommend them enough!!!

The people on the phone are very rude. The taxi drivers even more. Charge different prices all the time, are very disrespectful to their customers. I ordered a taxi, when it arrived and they called, I apologised and said that I will be there in few minutes, the man was just being extremely rude, repeating that taxi has arrived. Soon after a different operator called to tell that taxi has arrived, when I was replying he simply hung up on me. I got inside the taxi, apologised to the driver and explained that a girl fainted and she needed help, all the man could reply was "Taxi waited 5 minutes. Long time" Very disappointed in this company. Once they made me share a taxi with other people because they forgot to send someone to pick them up. Never using them again
My wife phoned asking for a taxi minibus to pick us up as there were 4 children, us, and two 11 week old pups. She was told it would be with us soon. An hour later I phoned to n see where the taxi was. I spoke with an Asian male who's coming said it was up to an hour for the vehicle to which I replied, then it should be here now. He just repeated that it was up to an hours wait. At this point he gave me the option of cancelling the service, and I did just that. Very poor service never to use that firm again.Service: Limousines
Fast and friendly taxi service . They are always on time and are super quick to drop me off at whatever ny drop off point. The only one down side I have is in winter. Even on bad snow days in winter they would pick me up from my house and take me wherever I wanted to go. Last year was different. We've had worse snow days than last year. They wouldn't go up sidesteps or anything . 10 minute walk to a place they wanted to pick me up from. I fell a few times. Not their fault but if I didn't have to walk could've avoided it. It was also weird that use been picked up from my house in much worse weather but for some reason they changed the rules last winter ?? And none of the taxi drivers would explain to me why as it was a business move made by the higher ups apparently
Poor company to deal with. Download the App and was quoted £7. Phone call later to say it would be more than double that. So, why bother quoting on the App? Negotiated a fare, but on both the outward AND return journey I had to use MY phone with Google Maps to get us there & back ‍
