Best traditional chippy in the local area. The owner and staff are polite and work hard to serve amazing food. It can get very busy in there but that just goes to show how good they are in comparison to the other fish and chip shops in the town. Food is always consistent and delicious and reasonably priced as well. Would highly reccomend.
Really friendly atmosphere so polite . Extremely good fresh food not a massive menu but enough for a traditional fish and chip shop very very reasonably price if in the area and fancy a quick bite I would highly recommend this small sometimes over looked chippy you won't be disappointedFood: 5/5
We were passing through Middlewich on our narrowboat and called in about eight o’clock after a pint in the excellent Kings Lock opposite. There was a steady stream of locals but we were greeted with a friendly smile, and served quickly by a super efficient and friendly team. The fish and chips were 10/10. This “chippy” shows what excellent fast food and efficient service can be. WE’LL BE BACK!

Always busy but worth the wait. Don’t be put off if the queue is out the door not many people can fit in. Staff are very friendly and the fish and chips are great! Well recommended.

First time visitor and we weren’t disappointed. Great food, great prices and very friendly staff. Food was served quickly and they took the time to talk us through some menu items. Some of the best fish and chips we’ve had and the gravy was fab.
Great family run Chippy. My order was cooked for me straight away. Excellent fish and chips, best ever. The atmosphere in the shop was friendly and welcoming. I live a drive away but it will always be my first port of call for fish and chips.
Nipped in on a Friday lunchtime whilst out working, got myself a scampi, chips, scallop and gravy, came to I think £6 which isn't too bad for value, good solid English style chips, proper scampi, nice fluffy yet crispy scallop and average gravy wish I'd have gone for the curry tbh however all in all a good chippy lunch. Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful and would definitely return when working out that way. Thumbs up
