Ordered food and was told it would be ready. Took 2 and a half hours to arrive. Communication with staff was very poor and when we phoned, the staff were rude and inefficient. When we finally got out food it was stone cold. The pizza orders were not correct, there was no kabab meat as described and the burger was inedible. Would not recommend to anyone and would warn people not to bother. Over priced as well, for the measly disgusting food we were given. Would never recommend this
Delivery over an hour late, food was microwaved and to top it of there was a white hair through the potato fritter, not on it... actually through it!! Phoned up to complain and the man on the phone insinuated that I had placed the hair through the food myself! And I'm bald! I could have threw the pizza on the floor and it would have broke up in pieces that's how solid it was! Atleast a day old pizza been reheated!! Poor staff poor food poor delivery service and poor management! Wouldn't recommend to anyone not even a dog would eat the food from this place! Utter garbage!
Goddamn awful. I would give no stars if I could. Read the menu wrong because the backlight was off or broken and staff replied very rudely. I would've forgiven that if the food had been good, but no the fish was soggy and limp even though it was just out of the oil, and completely tasteless. The chips looked good until I tried one. The price is insane for the quality, I'd rather have microwaved frozen food from Sainsbury's.
I would rather have a hobo do his 'business' in a bowl and serve to me than eat here. The delivery driver is a chainsmoking idiot who swore over the phone at me to come get my food. Paid for delivery, but no I must meet him at his car. Saw him on the camera with his feet up on the dash having a good old puff. I don't even want to go into detail about the food. It's like someone dropped a bin into batter and deep fried it. The bread on the burgers? Doubles as pavement, just with the added texture and flavour of "cinders from hell". You could not pay me to order food from here again or eat there. This review is not a joke. It is honestly the worst food and establishment I have ever had the displeasure of eating at.
After being told our food order had been forgotten about and thst they would get it done asap. I called again to check up on the food order and finally got told it was on its way. After another hour I got a phone call from the restaurant telling me they had been hammering at my door and calling my phone, which, as a 21 year young man, I keep my phone close to me. Not once did it ring. After explaining this on the phone to the manager of the establishment she persisted to talk over me and completely ignore everything i had to say. So by all means, go here for greasy chips and second thought food, but for service, find a better place.
The WORST takeaway experience ever! Delivery time took 2 hours not an exaggeration. By the time my food arrived, it was stone cold and soggy. On top of that, it tasted old and overly greasy. Disgusting. It seems my experience wasn't a one off. Anyone reading these reviews will know to avoid this place.
I have ordered from here on 4 occasions. Every time I have ordered a baked potato with cheese and sweetcorn. because I am a bartender I usually work qùte late and am lucky they still deliver this late. that is the only good thing I have to say about this take away. For starters they only serve cheap mozzarella cheese that tastes like puke, every timeeven though the last two times I have ordered I 3have asked for a fork to be pushed through the potato to see if it's soft the outer half of the potato is hard, plus every time they have not bothered to heat up the nearly zero temperature sweetcorn they lob on top....... and by top I mean the 4 bits on top and the 6 bits down the side. they might serve good chips but when it comes to real food they lack in everything
Ordered food over two hours ago and it did not arrive. Phoned to enquire where the order was and was told it was being delivered at that moment. A further 30minutes passed and we called again to be told that they tried to deliver it but no-one answered the flat buzzer. We explained to them that we had been standing at the window for almost THREE HOURS as we wanted to buzz them in in order to not wake up our flatmates. Which in return we were shouted at by the owner of the shop for wasting their time and food. It is now 4am and we're hungry and confused.
This is the most vilest chippy, chips were brown, asked for all sauces to be separate as I'm allergic to chilly sauce, this didn't happen, couldn't eat it at all, waited two and a half hours for it to be delivered, driver was very rude and obnoxious, phoned them up and got told they are doing nothing about it,this chippy is waste of time, waste of money and 100% disgusting, phoned up just eat as I ordered it from there and got told they will do nothing!!! WORST CHIPPY EVER
Ordered a pizza and was told it would take an hour, phoned after an hour to ask how long it would be and was told it had left then was hung up on. Phoned back 45 minutes later and was told the same thing with an attitude then was hung up on again. Pizza arrived after 2 and half hours, burnt and cold. Spent time in st Lenords and received better customer service and food
