Last time i made the mistake of having my car serviced there, which was years ago i was left with a scraping noise from my rear brake drum, took it back they said leave it with them collected it 3 hours later, and they said they couldnt find anything wrong. So i took the rear brake drum off, which they had claimed to do and there was a stone in there.they obviously couldnt be bothered themselves. Also know a few people who have been there with a problem and they are not intrested and make excuses not to look at there car, obviously because they are not regular customers.
Bought my car from these guys, good customer service, highly recommend. Thanks again
We were on a road trip when an engine light came on. We pulled off the motorway to have a look and the garage was there. James was really helpful and reassuring. He had us sorted in no time so we could continue on our journey. Thank you very much!
I recently put my BMW Z4 through its MOT, which it failed. The MOT place only does MOT's, so I asked if they knew of a good garage I could take it to. They recommend King Street Motors. The services was excellent and the price was very reasonable. They even took it back and put it back through its MOT before delivering my car back on to my drive. First class service. Will definitely be both using and recommending them in the future. And they are proper car enthusiasts aswell

I have used King Street Motors for over 10 years and can't fault the service and prices! I have recently been hassled by a main dealership to replace the cambelt on my car and mentioned this to John at King Street Motors during a recent MOT and he confirmed I didn't need it doing! He could have so easily taken my money but his service is based on trust, honesty and a bit of banter!
Had a service here, whilst maybe decent mechanics their customer care was very poor.
