Really professional company.  All communication was clear and friendly and with a follow up text with all the info on.  I was contacted with exact time of the drop off and collection of the car  by the drivers ( Both pleasant and courteous).  I was especially impressed when the driver switched the collection point from my home to the garage I 'd bought my car from to make it easier for me.   Excellent service . Thank you!

I have been lucky and not had to make an insurance claim for many many years.  At Christmas we had a 'non fault' accident, and up popped Kindertons.  It was great to have someone overseeing everything, and they did a good job. Thank you.

I have used Kindertons twice via my insurance company for 2 non fault claims. The first time my car was taken away for assessment and was joyridden and damaged by a 3rd party they hired. Can't really blame Kindertons for this, but it still happened under their care. I put second claim in at the start of December and it was the end of January before the claim was even submitted to the correct 3rd party insurance. Almost 2 months on and I'm still waiting for my payout so I can actually get my car fixed. That said I do feel like they are a good company and I have just been unlucky with my 2 claims. Hopefully I wont need their services again in the future anyway, but if I do I hope it will be slightly better.

I was lying in bed and one morning 6.30 am someone smashed into my van.
The guy owned up and accepted full responsibility  as did his insurers. 
This was 14th December 2017.
It is now 23rd Feb 2018.
Over 10 weeks on a straight forward case and though I've been paid for the van(it took a long time)I'm still waiting payment on other losses
I.e. internal racks.shelves and roof bars.also sign writing  .all if which were on my old van that was written off.
I continuously  get passed from pillar to post and after many many (over a hundred) calls,I now email.
Emails get replays in the manner of....someone will be in touch,
But they never do.
I've given receipts.3 yrs accounts for loss of earnings.

Excellent service. Very helpful and takes you through each step. Regular notifications every step of the way and the App is brilliant. 
First class and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
