Shocking doctors, 2 diferent doctors misdiagnosed my daughter with “dry skin” when it was a serious skin infection that if i had taken their advice and left untreated could of caused serious consequences. Not the first time something like this has happened that could of turned serious. Definitely not a Doctors surgery to trust with your childrens health & wellbeing. Non of the doctors know what they are doing. Receptionist often unhelpful. Pharmacy never has any of the things you need. 100% will be changing to a different surgery. Got to be the worst in horwich.

I’m disgusted that once again Kildonan house went to the wrong address for my mum. She has her 89 and 91 year old parents living with her, and really needed their help today. Once they finally got to the right address, mum was assured that grandad’s prescription would be ready to pick up later. When mum went to the doctors this was not the case. How can the NHS fail a 91 year old patient yet again. I’m lost for words and will be taking further action

No appointments to see the doctor for two days I was told over the phone. Two days later when I attended for my booked appointment I arrived and the check in screen had a hand scribbled "out of order" sign on it. After 1 hour waiting I asked again and then was told I had missed my appointment and the system had not worked. I was also told by the receptionist that "common sense" should have dictated I should have said something earlier. So I've no common sense too apparently? The doctor did not see me and the person who I did eventually see did not volunteer her name, so I didn't even know who it was, apparently a nurse who gave me exactly 60 seconds of her time and advised to take ibuprofen and come back in a week if the pain didn't improve, despite having had major surgery on the area under year ago. I'm disgusted at the way I was treated and will change my GP because of this.
