I have been a patient of this practice  for some years now. My experience of Dr Harbidge and partners  has been a positive one. Diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy some years ago I have appreciated  the support and understanding particularly by Dr Harbidge. My husband suffered two strokes recently and the support and understanding he has received from the Drs has been  gratefully recently. I was disappointed when the nurse practitioner Debbie left the practice recently but her replacement Dominic is very capable and a lovely person. The only negative is how hard it is to get in to see Dr Harbidge. It would help me if I could access pre bookable appointments with her. We could do with half a dozen of her.

Can't actually get an appointment when you are ill, maybe a couple of weeks later if you are lucky

Dreadful...cannot get through on the phone to make an appointment and when I'm on hold get cut off...over 45 mins trying to get through...get either the busy tone or the number has not been recognised..
