wouldn’t give them a star if i could. been here for years unfortunately, says they open at 8am, dont turn on the phones till about 9. when they do there are at least 10 people on hold, by time you get through there are no appointments left and no help from the miserable receptionists. they’ve asked me weong security questions before too, some that are registered to other family members and have nothing to do with me. so unorganised. you see a different nurse every time and i have only ever seen a doctor once. absolute nightmare in there.

Worst doctors I have ever been to in my life! I had to move to these doctors due moving house I was with audley doctors (who were absolutely amazing!) and sadly had to move. I rang kidsgrove doctors and got met by a rude women who obviously didn't want to be there I asked for her name but she rudely put the phone down on me, so I went in and made a complaint and was told nobody was admitting to them that they spoke to me. The next time I went in was for and 'emergency' appointment I was left waiting for 2 hours with no apology. And I numerous other time I've been in and turned away by the rude women working behind the counter. Anyway I'd rather have no doctor at all then ever have to go to them ever again and I'd advice people to stay clear when possible. They got a one star from me because I had no choice for no stars. They get a big fat 0 from me!! ☺️

Unable to make appointment due to phone line been too busy. When going in personally the lady was really unhelpful and miserable giving me incorrect advice. I was unable to make appointment and walked out. They don’t deserve 1 star
