I purchased a lovely mini countryman last month and I just want to say how happy I am with the customer service I received at JKC. I ordered my new motor with Thomas last October and he kept me up to date with phone calls and emails. His expertise and knowledge was so useful to me. He was professional throughout right up to collecting my mini. Jason was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the day of collection. new motir
Sure, I can help you with that. Here is a possible improved version of your review: I visited JKC Mini recently and I was very disappointed with their service. The cars were fine, but the parking situation was terrible. There were hardly any spaces for customers, and they were often taken by other cars or blocked by deliveries. I had to park on the street several times and walk a long way to the forecourt, which was very inconvenient and frustrating. The staff did not seem to care about this problem and did not offer any help. They also parked their own company cars in the residential area, which was disrespectful to the neighbours. I think they need to improve their parking facilities or provide some alternatives for their customers. I would not recommend JKC Mini to anyone who wants a hassle-free car buying experience, especially if they have a disability or trouble walking.
JKC Mini are the best Mini dealership in Northern Ireland . Nothing was to much trouble for Stephen in sales who kept me informed of all stages of production from the date I ordered the car until delivery . No pressure was put on you to place an order on visiting the dealership and all telephone calls returned . The car was presented to a very high standard on delivery.
Made a call to JKC and received the best service ever. Gavin couldn't have been more helpful and over the course of a week answered all our questions. We took a trip over to collect my daughter's Mini, they met us at the station, presented the car to my daughter with balloons and flowers, they made her feel very special and we are really grateful. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely understandable why this BMW garage won dealership of the year. Richard and Danielle were so helpful and reliable during the process of buying my new mini! A very satisfied customer driving a funky 4wd Countryman!
Can't fault their sales staff, but when a few issues developed with my wifes used mini, that should have been dealt with through the warranty, they showed their true colours. Everytime i raised an issue, that any normal person would expect to be covered under warranty, i had to fight to get them to fix or had to pay to fix myself!!! Very obvious that they are reluctant to undertake warranty work. So so disappointed, given how good the inital purchase experience was Thomas and this has totally spoiled my experience with them. Unfortunately I will never buy from Jkc again. They should stop being so greedy and realise that if they treat their customers fairly they will return!!
Excellent car show room with well presented cars, professional friendly and helpful staff ,highly recommended.

Recommended if looking 2nd hand car first class Adrian was brilliant handled everything
