Absolutely incredible service from start to finish from a khushboo bride. I was hesitant because of reviews I’d seen on google but I went off my experience in store and have no regrets. All the girls in the store are so helpful, sweet and know what they are doing. It makes trying on outfits fun and they pin it so well that you really get an idea of how it will look on you. Proper professional all throughout, from going in store to picking up my outfit . I was worried my outfit would look different to what I saw in store or would be late but not only did it look better than I imagined, it arrived early! The amount of compliments I got on my outfit was unreal and was unlike what anyone else has. As for Chand himself, a top and truly passionate designer whose advice is priceless. I trusted him wholly with the vision he had for my look and it came to life. He knows exactly what he is doing and I’ve now gone back to him for my second bridal piece! Thank you all sooo much for your time, effort and professionalism!
Absolutely the best in bridal wear and party wear, literally would not go elsewhere chand , Aminah and the team never fail to deliver! I have always received my outfits on time and as ordered...non of that bs with this shop and that's why I always go back, scrap that, that's why my whole family goes back and we have literally been customers for 15-20 years. ....don't waste your time looking here and there for your special outfits go straight to khushboo's you will not be disappointed OUTFITS ARE DELIVERED ON TIME AND OF THE SAME IF NOT BETTER QUALITY THAN THE ONE IN STORE

I would like to provide some feedback. As a woman, I believe that only women should tailor my clothing, as it makes me uncomfortable for a man to do so, particularly in light of my beliefs as a Muslim. I kindly request that you ensure only women tailors are available for female customers. Thank you.
Recent reviews seem very suspicious. Historically they've had appalling reviews and now you can see clearly positive reviews in quick succession. These are the traits of 'positive review bombing'. Something does not add up. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GAMBLE WITH YOUR MONEY AND TIME. If despite reading the multiple warnings from other people, including mine, you still decide to roll the dice, then you only have yourself to blame if and most likely when things go wrong. Be clearly warned here, chances are strikingly high that things will go wrong with your order. The choice is now yours. Due to the limited allowable characters I have had to trim this review down otherwise I would have gone for an epic essay length one. 25th January 2019 - Dress from display was selected. Measurements given and requirements noted precisely increase length, tighten sleeves, same neck as display piece. More than half money paid for dress as deposit willingly and sale agreed. Told to contact the shop on 25th February 2019 to confirm delivery or expected delivery of dress. Added reminder to my phone calendar. Deal done. Dress is required for event on the 27th March however it was agreed that due to business travel it would arrive before the travel date 9th March. 25th February 2019 - Called store and spoke with a lady. They were busy. Asked to call back in a few hours. Called again and was then asked to call back in a few days. Reminder set. 29th February 2019 - Called store spoke with a lady Shehla. Asked to call back in evening. Called in evening, no answer. Called several times throughout the evening, no answer. Attempted both numbers, no answer. 29th February-3rd March 2019 - I called daily to find out status of the dress. Absolutely no answer on their phones. Reached out to Aminah creative director via Instagram and got a response that she'd have someone follow up with me. 4th March 2019 - Received a call from Khushboo Shehla. Allegedly phone lines were down and I guess nobody has a mobile phone to contact customers. Dress confirmed for delivery on the 6th March. Didn't argue much, relieved that the dress was coming. 6th March 2019 - Called up to confirm dress delivery and it was ready for collection. 7th March 2019 - Drove to Birmingham FROM London to collect dress. Found that a neck was too narrow b sleeves were loose just like the display piece c no fitting was done at all. Might as well have bought the display piece. Checked order notes, they were explicit in describing the requirements that the designer ignored. Refused dress. Promised that it would be sent back to India and arrive perfect how it should have in 2 weeks. Delivery to my home address confirmed as the designer was at fault. 23rd March 2019 - Dress arrives at my home UNCHANGED AND without duppata and trouser!!! At this point I'm livid. Chased up staff. Raees picked up dress from my home next day 24th March promising it would be fixed in 1 day why I was given 2 weeks to get it fixed initially is beyond me. 27th March 2019 12pm - Dress arrives at my home an hour before the event. Expressed my absolute shock and horror to Aminah, no response. When I called the shop I was told that they did everything above and beyond to resolve my issue. Even stating that someone coming to pick up the dress was something I should be somewhat grateful for. I was told I would be contacted by Aminah by the member of staff I spoke to. Til this day I have had no response to my messages to her Instagram or contacted by anyone from their team. I've decided not to burn any more time chasing things up and thought a big warning to everyone is probably better. I have attached my DM messages to Aminah on this review. I sincerely hope people stop shopping here based on my personal experience. They didn't deserve my money or time. Had I have known the outcome, I would never have shopped here. I am a Google local guide and take the time out to share my experiences with others to help people make an informed decision.
My visit was dreadful and completely ruined my day. Despite entering with a positive attitude to browse bridal and party wear, it felt like the staff were trying to make customers run away from the shop rather than purchase or browse anything due to their disgustingly rude attitude, I have never experienced customer service like that and I was in the shop for *Literally* under 2 minutes. This experience has proved every negative review about Khushboos right. Although I've never left a review before, I genuinely hope others don't go through the same experience I did; it's not worth compromising your shopping experience. Honestly, i’d have expected them to have at least tried to improve their customer service considering their past reviews but that is definitely not the case. In conclusion, just avoid this store and shop elsewhere if you want to protect your peace, After reading the reviews, it seems better to spend your money where you will actually receive your clothes as you agreed but also experience good service and a positive attitude. Zero stars from me, and I won't be setting foot in there again.
Absolutely disgusting service will definitely not be coming back to this store. We ordered a dress in August 2022 and after continuous pestering did not get the dress until February 2023. The wedding was around the corner and it was a different colour - more of a Peach than the requested Pink. The shop staff treated the female relatives in a very rude manner when we asked to discount the dress. After bringing a male relative they decided to be more softer toned - which shows the blatant sexism and toxic culture the shop reiterates. They slyly did not give the dress until close to the wedding so we’d have a less of a chance to refuse. The dress did not match the size requirements after paying an additional amount to alter , and the discount was not enough to justify the amount of mistakes they made with the product. The owner himself was rude and disgusting at one point telling a relative to ‘Get out of his Shop’ when questioning why he would not either discount the wrong product - as we’d have to pay an additional amount to change the groomsman’s scarf to now match the Peach, stating it was not his problem and he is the owner. We were left bewildered and shocked at the appalling staff members, with another customer stating how she would complain on Instagram after her order was wrong. Shop here if you want the wrong colour wedding dress, late order, wrong bridal dress size , bad attitude and appalling customer service. This shop should be closed down and I hope people read this review and never shop there. It is 2023 - we do not need to pay thousands of pounds and be treated in such an appalling manner for what should be an exciting purchase for the best day of your life. I will be doing more reviews about this shop and hope the owner can see this. Fix up and serve the community with the respect it deserves.
As always, amazing designs! To suit everyone's taste. But their staff are one of kind. They're friendly, kind, and considerate. They make you feel at ease. Especially Samina & Najma. I would recommend going there. They were brilliant with my 2 young daughters also. We love going there.
My sister was getting married and when we went to the store I would give my opinion about the dresses and the owner lady would give me the most horrid looks like they just wanted to make a sale. They were being very forceful too and when I would say lets go to other stores and look what they have the owner lady again would look at me giving me death stares. My sister ended up purchasing the length but when the outfit arrive the scarf was net and we did not ask for net and they stated they could not change it. Its these small things that matter. Poor attitude and just want to make a quick sale and very forceful. They also take a deposit and make it very difficult for you so BEWARE
Avoid at all Cost. If you want to ruin your day then come to them. Worst ever customer service and very rude staff. Owner is very rude too so no doubt staff is rude as well. Placed an order in beginning of May and informed them the wedding date is 5th of august. They promised to make dresses ready by 20th july. Well they didn’t bother contacting us and when we contacted them on 18th july they said order is delayed by a week. They never contacted us again. After keep calling them excuse after excuse and staff or owner have no legitimate reason to explain why it’s delayed. Finally on 4 august they said we have 3 out of 5 dresses. 2 are still on the way. When tried the dress the size was all over the place. Marginal differences in size is acceptable but 4/5 inches difference is unbelievable. On top of it they are telling or you’re skinny bla bla. When you guys took the size and sent the size to your supplier they should’ve made it to the size provided not by their own size. Well I can go on and on with their rubbish excuses. All in all I can definitely agree with all of the 1 star reviews that the owner and staff is rude. Owner was so rude with my mother and all the rest girls. Would not recommend sending your ladies on their own for collection. Very unhappy customer
