The service is fast, just the food in general isn't that appealing and tasty, depending which day you go in there, sometimes you might feel a bit sick of the food but then it might get better in few hours.

They never have what I want and when ever I order from this KFC there is always that lady with the neck tattoo that isn't very pleasant. When I list the things I would like she says "don't have that" in a very rude manner without apologiesing. The staff as a total look like they hate their jobs, as they never even try to smile. Bad service, sometimes the chicken is terrible and the service is very slow.

Placed an order earlier and received it with a few items missing didn't realise until arriving home (how hard can 2 meals with additional gravy and chips be)! Always check when you receive. A portion of chips and gravy missing. Also asked specifically for all thighs and she agreed and not receiving what i asked for. Disappointed on a unsatisfactory meal. Also tried calling multiple times past 30 minutes to no avail.

No matter how busy always expect to wait a long for your food here as the staff are painfully unorganised and slow. On the four occasions this year I have stopped here, each time from walking in the door it took over half an hour to receive food, on one occasion it was nearly three quarters of an hour. Mind you the staff are quite polite and pleasant, as well as just plain slow. The last time I used this restaurant was four weeks ago and the Chicken I received looked anemic and undercooked and did not taste particularly great.
