Always takes 2-3 times longer to serve you than the nearby McDonald's. I've waited over an hour here before in a small queue (drive through), and up to two hours in some cases. They have improved, halfing their previous serving time. But it still took over half an hour to serve what I believe McDonald's could have done in 15 minutes. Food is amazing as always, the service time is the only problem. It's just a major one.

Great KFC restaurant with some great chicken dishes. Very affordable place to eat. Staff are great and happy to recommend what to choose and once you have ordered the food is cooked fresh and served fairly quickly. Overall a good option for a quick bite to eat.

My wife has just been for a a meal for me after a long day working. She had to wait half an hour in a queue through the drive through and when she came home the lettuce missing off the fillet burger. Not the first time things have been missing. Not impressed.

Love this place. Staff are so friendly and fast service nothing is too much trouble. The food is always good never had a bad experience in 12 years! 🤗🤗

It wasn't the food that was the problem, I was blocked in by some old ex bag head in 400 quid maroon jag, elderly looking fella with grey thinning hair and milk bottle glasses, he couldn't comprehend the layout of the place and manoeuvre out. The driver behind told me he knew the guy and he got caught having relations with a dog years ago. Said he couldn't believe he even had the cheek to be in Preston still! Luckily I'd brought Amy along so I let her warm her hands up on my gear stick until the nonce got out the way. Waste of taxpayers money scraping these old idiots arteries clear just to pile more fat laden chicken down they're faces!.
