Really disappointed with my experience at KFC today. I ordered using the kiosk machine and selected table service because I was dining with my two children — a 6-year-old and a 7-month-old — and didn’t want to leave them unattended unnecessarily.nnStraight away, it was difficult to even find a clean table. Many of the tables were left dirty, and there was juice spilled on the floor that was very noticeable and sticky. There was no wet floor sign and no staff member attending to it the entire time we were there.nnWhen our food arrived, the staff member simply dropped it on the table and walked away without asking if we needed anything. I wasn’t given a straw for my drink or any sauces, and I didn’t even get the chance to ask before he left. Because of this, I had to leave my two children unattended to go to the counter myself.nnLater on, I wanted more food, so I ordered an extra piece of chicken through the KFC app and again selected table service for the same reason. Despite this, my order was shouted out at the counter instead, meaning I had to once again leave my children unattended to collect it.nnThe whole time we were there, none of the surrounding tables were cleaned and the spill on the floor remained untouched. I understand places can be short-staffed, but overall the service was very poor and the cleanliness was not up to standard. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this KFC.
Terrible food, like it was for pigs, old chicken breast in a bun. I took a bite and hoped I wouldn't get sick. The staff threw the trays on the table. I advise against it to avoid getting sick. The worst place I have ever eaten.The meat is blue and not very visible in the photo.
I dined in today it was a quiet and chill atmosphere, Tracey helped me as I got in with ordering and bought my food over to me very quickly, I would definitely dine here again
Had a great meal at kfc the other day. Food was great and the service was 10x better. Dylan at the counter was super helpful with my order and even took the time to double check with me that everything was correct. Can’t thank him enough!
I have never been to this KFC before , as every time I drive past it is usually very busy. However, I decided to come in tonight. And I have never been more pleased with customer service. The young chap Dylan was quick to assist me with the screen, being very friendly and efficient. And then to follow up, another staff member Fran had quickly helped with my order and gave me amazing service, followed by a lovely smile! 5 star service! I will be returning very shortly! Management should be proud of these staff members!!! Lovely food too
