Poor service today unfortunately. They had no hash browns. I ordered my meal from a very smily young lady. I received my order from a very unfriendly looking young man. I was eating in (although wasn't asked) and I received my meal in a box with no napkins, wipes or salt and I was not offered a tray. So I had to ask for napkins and salt which are not available for you to help yourself (probably a theft problem). The chicken piece I had was well overdone/dry too. Everything was ok though. Just a bit more thought is needed into the customer experience please guys.

Cold food, rude staff. In fact rude would be an understatement. Was told I couldn't have the meal I wanted as no chicken fillets. When I did receive food it had clearly been sat around for a long time. Absolutely awful. Stay Away!!!

Nice and helpful staff, it’s reasonably sized and also if you want get salt you need to ask unless I was blind

Possibly one of the best KFC's I have ever had, nice friendly funny staff and quick service. Restaurant was clean and food was well tasting and my zinger tower looked as if it was put together with some actual care and a ruler. You guys don't how terrible KFC in the north west is.
