Ordered via app picked up via drive thru very busy time but food was served piping hot and very quick. Food was delicious. Family boneless bucket
Terrible! They no longer accept to swap the pineapple stick for a gravy or other side with the kids meals, so I had to drive to my local kfc in Glynneath where they do!nEven with the refurbishment the place is a dump!!
Guys be warned check your food before leaving, I ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket 21.08.2024 and received 10 tiny chicken wings as part of my 10 pieces of original chickennWOW!!! I purchased the fiery chicken burgers and Strips from home bargains and I’m hooked 15 minutes in the air fryer and beats any KFC for half the price.
Well went through drive thru this evening and all i can say is Kaitlyn needs to have customer service training big time. Ignorant. Lack of interest. Definately in wrong job. Customer facing role definately not for her.
TERRIBLE SERVICE - would not serve me and my mates because we made a joke about something earlier on and started laughing they proceeded to tell us to “GET OFF OF SITE” all because we made a joke so we left and came in one by one as they said we could and still would not serve us.
