Took the grandchildren for lunch. Very nice welcome by the waitress Service Excellent served very quick Lovely and clean Only downside was because of supply problem, no children's meals so had chicken pops No icecream!! It was not the staffs fault it KFC head office this had been going on for weeks now.

Shocking service stud waiting for around 20 mins before my order was taken... The staff was all over each other like it was a brothel When i finally got my food order had to wait 30 to 40 mins I know the menu is limited but i am starting to think the service was limited too... Absolutely shocking

Absolutely awful. Used the drive through, and didn't know if my order was placed as the attendant didn't respond to any questions I asked. I only knew when I drove around for collection. On inspection of my zinger, the product was not as expected. I should have turned back to ask for my money back. See photo! I'm definitely not going back to this Baildon branch!
