KFC

Went to this branch for lunch whilst on a day visit to the city. The service was incredibly slow given the relatively few customers and high number of staff. Mind you it didn't help that half their time seemed to be taken up dealing with complaints on orders they'd previously messed up. The food I received was fine, but not the best I've had from KFC. The chips, for example, were crisp but not particularly hot, which annoyed me given the long wait. All in all, unless you have a severe craving for KFC, it's probably not worth your while coming in here

The food is standard for a KFC and is always hot when you get it. Usually plenty of seating available. It does however take a long time to get served and receive your food

Food good but it's no way fast in these KFC's 12 pc mini fillet boneless feast is a bargain. But please sort out the very slow service.

I can't really understand how this place is still open. Incredibly low food quality, men toilet out of order so that customers have to use WOMEN/DISABLED one. Staff would stand by the checkouts and have a laugh between each other when not busy even though people who just ordered the food didn't have a place to sit because of trays with food scraps. Once I began to take photos of this mess Young lad came out to clean up a bit. Firstly he stacked all the trays on one of the tables almost building a tower, then he went to exchange (the only) bin bag as it was filled to the very edge so that food was even on the floor. To finish off my review I'd like to say that it's warmer outside than inside the place. Please do not visit this place even if it's last or the only place to consider. It's not worth it...
