Conveniently situated. Great place for a quick bite to eat. Food is cooked well and is always freshly cooked. Very friendly and efficient staff. The place is kept really clean and tidy. We've been to a few in the area and this one is by far the best!

Generally I love a KFC, 3 piece verity meal every time. This outlet in Eaton Socon has got some serious issues though, the kids meals were not available because their ice cream machine was broken and they had ran out of snack box yogurts, they said because of this the only option was to buy an adult meal for my 6 year old. Also they were out of stock of various other products including the Fanta that my wife wanted. All of that is inconvenient, but worse was the cleanliness. The rug at the front door was filthy, there was a half eaten chicken leg on the floor just after that and there was straws, chips and spilled drinks strewn all over the place. It was disgusting and the only thing that prevented me from turning around there and then was my hunger. When I pointed out to the staff that it could do with a clean, they explained that someone was going to do it but they went on a break instead. They did however get someone to come out and sweep, but the young lady given the task was clearly unhappy with being asked to do so and made a half hearted effort to sweep the worst of the mess up. She soon got bored though and proceeded to brush her collection into a pile and left it right by my table! The dustpan was all the way on the other side of the room so maybe that was too much effort.

Absolutely disgusted they had no hot drinks/krushums all machines out of use. No salt.. No sachet sauces. When my burger come out there was hardly a dot of sauce on my burger. They advised they had a limited amount of sauce to put in burgers to keep them going otherwise no point in opening. I asked for a little bit of mayo In a pot which they said no as they will run out.

Sat at the drive thru for 25 mins with no interaction at all place was open but may aswell have been closed gave up and drove off still hungry in the end

This place is terrible they never have the food you want always delivery problems still.
