Utterly diabolical The experience at the drive through at this establishment begins with a completely unreasonable time to get through the drive through section. Following this you encounter astronomically rude employees whilst ordering your food and almost miraculously you feel as if you have been entered into the world’s first time machine where you will find yourself with another inexplicable thirty minute wait at a very quiet FAST food restaurant, only to receive the incorrect order. This is an absolute disgrace and I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place under any circumstance even if starving as it is more likely that a disabled man could run a marathon before you receive your food in enough time to remain alive.

So I wanted to change my review. After careful consideration and using a sober mind, I understand that it takes time to adjust and get things right. The food isn't the greatest, but myself working in the food business, I understand how much pressure one would be under working a busy shift servicing hundreds of people a day and having to deal with customers who at times may not be very polite, however more training needs to be given to the staff here to help them. They're young and sometimes inexperienced with little customer relations experience what needs to be addressed.
Perfect lunch, as they say finger licking good, lovely service and very very clean.
So disappointed, we had waited ages for our food. I actually felt sorry for the people in the queue behind me as the staff were making up their food and leaving it on the side in the bags to just go cold. Once we arrived home were 6 portions of chips and all of the chicken fillet strips short from our party bucket. Quite embarrassing when we had invited friends round to eat and they only like chicken off the bone. Not happy at all
This is the worst Drive-through in the world! I have ordered 1 piece of chicken with 3 chicken wings to top up my small kebab from town and I had to spend 30 minutes of my Sunday evening in a queue for a piece of chicken which I couldn't leave too! So when I got my order and asked for the receipt, it took them another 10 minutes to get the manager down just to print me a new receipt. Which means that they have been serving customers without receipts and I will make sure to let KFC know about it!!! Sunday night wasted! Avoid at any cost!!
Got a take out didn't check the food until we got home and half the order was missing
Enjoyed the meal I had, had a bit of a wait, does feel a bit cramped to eat in, so I sat in the car.
Great little kfc. Service was good and food was quick to arriveFood: 5/5
Nice meal, ordered online, but horrendous delay in getting served. Short staffed but the staff were very pleasant and apologetic.
