The whole point of fast food outlets is that they’re organised and quick , this place is neither . Took over 30 minutes for a straightforward order of 3 takeaway meals to arrive and when they did 2 of them were missing side orders and at no time were sauces offered . I wasn’t surprised by this as in my waiting time I seen 3 different sit in orders go out either missing items or just wrong . I won’t be back
The girl taking orders is ignorant and lacks manners. Shouts across the restaurant for u to collect ur order at the till. Twice I've been in now the past few months, both times I've had her serve me. Foods been ok, chips are horrible with the seasoning and always cold. Gotten extremely dear for what you get.
Food was very good but we were in the drive through for about 40 minutes before being served which was frustrating.
Food was faster than some of the Kentuckys I've been to and staff very pleasant
I went in for a carry on out at 6-50 they waited till 7 to come and tell me I would have to go to the drive through. I was ignored until 7. I think they would need training on how to treat customers
